Payment & Cancellation Policy for GLOB Travel World

Booking Confirmation & Advance Payment

  • To confirm any tour package or travel booking, a non-refundable advance payment of 20% of the total package cost is required (unless otherwise agreed).
  • Booking will be considered confirmed only after the advance payment is received.
  • The balance payment must be cleared at least 15 days before the tour start date (or as mutually agreed between the client and the agency), unless specified otherwise in the invoice/confirmation letter.

Payment Methods

  • Advance and final payments can be made via bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS), UPI/Online Payment, or other mutually agreed digital payment methods.
  • Once payment is made, the customer should share the transaction reference and payment details for verification.

Price Validity & Inclusions

  • The quoted package cost is valid only as per the confirmed itinerary and hotel/transport/activities.
  • Any additional services or changes (e.g. room upgrade, extra nights, additional sightseeing, internal transfers) will require additional payment over and above the package cost.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • If hotels, flights or third-party services have their own cancellation policies or non-refundable booking terms, those will be borne by the client.
  • Refund (if applicable) will be processed within 15 working days from cancellation confirmation, by the same method used for payment or as mutually agreed.

Agency Right to Cancel / Amend

  • GLOB Travel World reserves the right to cancel or amend the tour itinerary, hotels or services in case of unforeseen circumstances (force-majeure, natural calamity, unavailability, government orders, etc.).
  • In such cases, either a full refund will be offered or an alternative comparable arrangement will be provided.

Booking Transfer / Name Changes

  • Transfer of booking to another person, or change of guest names, is allowed only if notified at least 15 days before the tour start date.
  • Additional service charges may apply depending on hotels/airlines policies.

Booking Validity & Confirmation Documents

  • After advance payment and confirmation, GLOB Travel World will send a formal confirmation letter/itinerary voucher via email (or printed copy), which the client must carry during travel.
  • Client must verify all details (names, dates, room type, travel dates) at the time of booking confirmation. Any discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the voucher.

Mode of Communication and Disputes

  • All communication regarding payments, cancellations or changes should be made in writing (email or WhatsApp) to maintain a record.
  • In case of disputes, both parties will try amicably via negotiation. If unresolved, the jurisdiction will be as per the registered office address of the agency (Delhi, India).
